How is client data stored, and is it encrypted at rest and in transit?
Yes. Client data is encrypted both at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS 1.2 protocols, ensuring complete end-to-end protection.
Who has access to our data, and how is access controlled?

CaseCRM utilizes an AI Service Subscription integrated within the platform that leverages advanced AI models, including Metatext AI, to generate professional content such as cover letters and client communications.
If clients input sensitive personal details into the AI, will the data remain private?
Yes. Client data input into the AI remains private and secure within the CaseCRM platform. Data used for content generation never leaves our secure environment and is not shared externally or used for training AI models
Is any client-generated content used to train the AI or shared externally?
No. We do not use client data to train AI systems, nor do we share it with any third-party AI providers.
How do you ensure AI-generated content is secure and compliant with industry regulations?
